Twin View Capital was founded by two partners who recognized a compelling opportunity in two of real estate's most underappreciated asset classes: industrial outdoor storage and self-storage.

While institutional capital has concentrated on office, multifamily, and industrial logistics, IOS and self-storage remain fragmented sectors with strong fundamentals and limited institutional competition. We saw a chance to build a focused, disciplined platform that brings professional management and strategic vision to these essential assets.
